Idaho Falls, Idaho. She was born on March 16, 2017, at Portneuf Medical Center in Pocatello,
Idaho.

Addie is survived by her loving parents, Kyle and Amanda of Chubbuck, ID; Grandparents,
Jon and Monica Tillman of Kuna, ID; Grandfather, Michael Vansell of American Falls, ID;
Grandmother, Sarah Crowder of American Falls, ID; Great Grandmother, Norma Tillman of
Kuna, ID; Great Grandparents, Chuck and Loretta Tillman of Nampa, ID; Great Grandfather,
Leonard Hlavinka of Dallas, OR

She was preceded in death by her great grandmother, Sarah Hlavinka; great grandfather,
Charles Linfield Crowder; great grandmother, Nellie "Blue" Crowder; and great grandparents,
Cora and Tiny Nowland.
