AMY MICHELLE RODRIGUEZ, 31 Amy Michelle Rodriguez, age 31, of Pocatello, Idaho, returned to her Father in Heaven on Thursday (January 17, 2013) at Portneuf Medical Center. She was a beloved wife of Jose Rodriguez. They were married on August 29, 2009 in Pocatello, Idaho. She is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Amy was born in Pocatello, Idaho on July 18, 1981 and grew up in Blackfoot and Pocatello, Idaho. She went to Blackfoot High School. She was the daughter of Allen York and Terri Palmer & Step-daughter of Kyle Palmer. Along with her husband, Jose, Amy leaves behind her beloved daughters, Lilly Anna (10), Melodie (8), Estrella (2) and son, Jose Jr. (2). Her brothers and sisters are Melinda (Mark) Burt (Hayward, CA), Lance (Sarah) Palmer (Hercules, CA), Justin (Courtney) Palmer (Alabama), Jennifer York (Greenwood, AR), Lori (LeeRoy) Cox (Blackfoot, ID), Alisha (Travis) Robison (Wendell, ID), Lacie Palmer (Rexburg, ID) & Lorenzo Garcia (Blackfoot, ID), and many aunts and uncles. Amy had a love for animals, camping and fishing. She enjoyed singing, arts & crafts, and was very artistic. She loved playing games and spending time with her friends and family. She was an avid reader and loved scrapbooking. The burial will take place at the Arbon Valley Cemetery located on Cemetery Road (just off of Church Road) 1:00 P.M. sharp. Services will take place at the Chubbuck LDS Whitaker North Stake Center located at 4890 Whitaker Rd., Chubbuck, Idaho at 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made at http://tinyurl.com/amyfuneral to help offset costs associated with the funeral.
