Annie Frances Hall

POCATELLO-Annie Hall, 82, of Pocatello, passed away Saturday, January 23, 2010 at a local care facility.
Annie was born on December 14, 1927, in Birmingham, Alabama. She then moved to St. Augustine, Florida and later moved to Montgomery, Alabama, where she graduated from Lanier High School. She then married her husband, Ralph Max Hall, on March 13, 1946 in Yuma, Arizona. After marriage, Annie moved to San Bernardino, California with her husband and son where she began a 30 year career in government service with the U.S. Air Force and the U.S. Navy. Annie later retired in 1990 and moved to Pocatello, Idaho to be with her family.
Annie was an active member of Alanon for 20 years, where she held many service positions and she loved her Alanon Family. She was also an active member of the Huff and Puffers support group.
Annie was very close to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and loved spending time with them. She also enjoyed spending time sewing, reading, shopping, and watching movies. Annie also loved to travel. She was very fond of impromptu “Road Trips” with her good friend Marilyn and her “kids”.
Annie is survived by her son, Willard “Ken” Hall of Pocatello; Daughter-in-law, Nancy E. Knobel of Pocatello; grandson, Jeffrey (Jennifer) Hall of Boise, ID; granddaughter, Samantha Hall of Boise, ID; grandson, Mark (Jennifer) Wocicki also of Boise, ID; and many nieces and nephews from coast to coast. Annie also had 4 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Max Hall who passed away March 18, 1987, parents, and two brothers, Ken and Burrows and “Bud” Burrows of California.
