She is a heart transplant extraordinaire and a music lover to the fullest. She loved One Direction, Michael Jackson, Matisyahu and many other bands and singers.

Baeley loved going to primary and achievement days with her cousins. She loved spending time with her music therapy buddies; Lyndi and Amanda. As well as Jenn, the life child specialist at Primary Children's Medical Center. A special thanks to: Emily, Juliana, Michelle, Jan, Elizabeth and Stacey. She loved all of her nurses and doctors who helped to keep her as healthy as possible through the years and especially the last couple of months.

A very special thank you to her donor family: Payton, Jeremy, Amanda, Bailey, Beau and Channing. The parents of Payton, Jeremy and Amanda, donated their angel's heart to Baeley and gave her 10 wonderful years of life. Now our angel is spreading her wings in heaven with a full healthy heart!
