Bessie Marie Rudolph

Bessie Marie Rudolph, 88, passed away on Saturday, November 22, 2014 at a local care center. She was born to Heber Ross and Eliza Ann (Higley) Bevan in Driggs, Idaho on September 4, 1926. She was the first child of five. Bessie lived in Teton Valley until she married George L. Rudolph in 1949. They moved to Salmon, ID in 1951 and then to Pocatello where they made their home. She was a very devoted stay at home wife and mother, as well as being a devoted member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Each calling was her favorite. Bessie liked to sew and do crafts, go camping, hunting, fishing, sightseeing and just being with her family. She was preceded in death by her husband; two daughters; parents; and brother, Glenn. Survivors include her 2 sons, Shane (Peggy) Rudolph, Kevin (Lucinda) Rudolph; and a daughter, Leah Rudolph; 7 grandchildren, Scott, Rene, Konan, Amber, Morgan, Tallon and J'Leah; 10 great-grandchildren, Madison, Liberty, Isaac, Alley, Taylor, Alexander, Finnegan, Liam, Rhonin and Caleb. Services will be held Saturday, November 29, 2014 at 10 AM at the LDS 26 th Ward Building, 3444 Hawthorne Rd. (Hawthorne and Eldredge Rd.) Pocatello, ID 83201 with a viewing for one hour prior to services. Family will also receive friends on Friday, November 28, 2014 from 6-8 PM at Colonial Funeral Home 2005 S. 4 th Ave. Pocatello, ID.
