Bobbie "Bob" Keith Middleton 73, of Pocatello Idaho, passed away after a valiant battle with cancer, on Thursday January 24, 2013 with his devoted wife by his side. He was born on July 28, 1939 in Pocatello Idaho, to Albert and Clarice Middleton. Bob attended Alameda Jr. High and Pocatello High School where he graduated in 1957. Bob joined the air force where he was stationed at Carswell FT Worth, Texas. He received an honorable discharge in 1962. Bob met and fell in love with Celia Ann Logan they were married December 26, 1958. Their marriage was endowed in the Salt Lake Temple December 28, 1973. They had one daughter Melody who was born March 3, 1960. They moved to Pocatello Idaho, in 1974. Bob was an electrician by trade working for the state of Idaho, as an electrical inspector. Bob and Ann were married for 48 years until Ann passed away May 2006. Bob met Linda Rees and wed January 20, 2007. Linda stayed by Bob's side and cared for him until he took his last breath. Bob enjoyed traveling, woodworking, fishing, square dancing, cooking on the grill and telling many many stories. Bob was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He served in the bishopric for several years. Bob is survived by his wife Linda, daughter Melody (Mike) Pulliam, Weatherford TX, grandchildren; Christie Hartman and Pamela Hill, TX and 4 great grandchildren. Brothers; Roy (Janice)Fruit Heights, UT, Preston Clyde (Ilene) Mesquite, NV, sister-in-law Lois Shepard, MT (4 stepchildren) Laura (Joe) Neary, McCammon, Lisa (Shea) Summerlin, Driggs, Bart Rees, Brandon (Andrea) Rees, Idaho Falls. (7 step-grandchildren). Bob is preceded in death by his wife Ann, his parents and one brother J.R. Funeral services will be held at 1 pm on Tuesday, January 29, 2013, at the LDS Chubbuck 1st Ward Chapel on the corner of Hawthorne and Chubbuck Rd. A visitation will be held from 6 pm to 8 pm on Monday, January 28, 2013, at Colonial Funeral Home, 2005 S. 4th Ave, and also one hour prior to the funeral service.
