Carma Lee Palmer

Carma Lee Mathews Palmer passed away peacefully at Gateway Transitional Care Center at the age of 73 on April 28, 2022. She was born on February 4, 1949 in Pocatello, Idaho to Henry and Lucille Mathews. 

Carma’s #1 priority was always Jesus Christ and instilled that love in all her children and grandchildren. She loved spending time with her family and bird watching. 

Carma is survived by her husband Karl Palmer; two daughters, Sherry Cotant, Christa (Rick) Neifert; one son, Randy (Rachele) Palmer – all of Pocatello; three grandsons, Tyler (Brandie) Palmer, Dakota Palmer, Rodney Neifert; four granddaughters, Alysha (Corey) Scott, Miranda (Adam) Martinson, Montana Palmer, Machaela (Brandon) Alldredge; seven great-grandchildren; brother, Rick (Colleen) Mathews; and many nieces and nephews. 

She is preceded in death by her sons Rodney and Richard Palmer, and Donnie Cotant; parents, Henry and Lucille Mathews; siblings, Bill Mathews, Barbara (Blaine) Reese; and Alice (Don) Dickson. 

Graveside services will be held at Inkom Cemetery on Friday, May 6, 2022 at 1 p.m.
