Cecelia J. Lizarraga, of Fort Hall, Idaho, passed away on March 18, 2014 at Portneuf Medical Center. She was born on August 18, 1958 to Arnetta M. Wheeler of Fort Hall and Ned Johnson of Teec Nos Pos, AZ. She was the only daughter born out of three children. She grew up in the Teec Nos Pos, AZ and in the Fort Hall, Idaho area. She held various jobs throughout her life time but was happiest being a homemaker. She attended school in Teec Nos Pos, AZ. and Red Mesa, AZ. She married Paul Gruber and they later divorced. She then married Gelacio Lizarraga and from their marriage had one daughter. In 1996 she was widowed. She later had two more children. She enjoyed making/sewing clothing. She was an amazing cook. She most enjoyed spending time with her family and brothers. She enjoyed traveling all over. Her most memorable place was Miami, FL. She is survived by two daughters, Gelacitte Olivia Lizarraga (Devon Farmer), Emilianna Sesma Lopez, and one son, Antonio Sesma Lopez, all of Fort Hall, ID.; two brothers, Raymond Johnson (Marley Thompson), Manuel Yabeney (Tanya) Yabeney; a grandson, Omar Lizarraga, a grand-daughter, Aalilia Lizarraga; niece, Raylene Nava (Earl Griffin); two friends, Wendy Eagle and Shanna Billie, and many extended family members, cousins, nieces, and nephews. All are from Fort Hall, Idaho. She is preceded in death by her parents Arnetta Wheeler and Ned Johnson and her husband Gelacio Lizarraga. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Thursday, March 20, 2014 at the Faith Baptist Church, on Old Highway 91 in Fort Hall. Burial will follow at the Ross Fork Cem�etery at 2 PM following the services.
