Dale Harold Jensen

Dale Harold Jensen, 79, of Pocatello, Idaho passed away peacefully on February 8, 2017 in Orem, Utah. Dale was born July 25, 1937 in Pocatello, Idaho, the only son of Doris Vining and Charles Leslie Jensen. He married Henny Sorensen and had two children and a stepson. Dale graduated from Pocatello High School in 1956 and received a PhD in Psychology from the University of Utah in 1989. He worked most of his career as a social worker for the State of Utah in Price, Utah. Dale is survived by his son, Dale Dean Jensen (Sheila) of Salmon, Idaho; his daughter, Karen-Ann E. Rhoads (Gary), of Orem, Utah and Lars Sorensen (Jolene) of Alabama. He has plenty of grandchildren and even more great-grandchildren. A viewing will be held on Saturday, February 11, 2017 at 12 noon at Colonial Funeral Home, 2005 S. 4 th Ave. Pocatello, Idaho, with a graveside service to follow at Mountain View Cemetery, 1520 S. 5 th Ave. Pocatello, Idaho starting at 1 pm.
