Glen Rulen Knight

Glen Rulen Knight, 85, passed away at home in Idaho Falls, on Monday, November 14, 2016, surrounded by his loving family. Glen was born on February 22, 1931 to Charles Rulen Knight and Zena Knight. He attended schools in Utah and Idaho. On August 7, 1959 he married Bonnie Lou Cohen in Elko, Nevada. They are the parents of 7 children. Glen enjoyed the outdoors; camping, fishing and gardening. He also was a handy man and did welding. He loved being with his family. He is survived by his children, Cindy (Craig) Goodey, Benton City, WA, Kevin Glen Knight, Pocatello, ID, Kristy (Kevin) Haga, Garner, N.C., Sherry (Alan) Reich, Sandpoint, ID, Robin (Sheldon) Harris, Idaho Falls, ID, Debbie (Dean) Hamilton, Edgewood, WA; sister, Karol Gray; brother, Boyde Knight; 26 grandchildren; 58 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild. He is preceded in death by his wife, Bonnie Knight; daughter, Linda Huntsman; 3 brothers; 2 sisters; and his parents. A viewing will be held on Friday, November 18, 2016 from 6-8 pm at Colonial Funeral Home, 2005 S. 4 th Ave. Pocatello, ID. Funeral services will be on Saturday, November 19, 2016 at 11 am with a viewing for one hour prior to the services, also at Colonial Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Minidoka Acequia Cemetery in Rupert, ID, at 2 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hospice of Eastern Idaho, 1810 Moran St, Idaho Falls, ID 83401.
