Jerry Lee Hall Jr. 55 years old, of Pocatello, Idaho passed away on August 22, 2021 at his home.

A memorial and celebration of life will be held at 1:00 pm August 28, 2021 at the Church of Christ located on the corner of Hawthorne Road and Alameda Road in Pocatello, Idaho.

Pastor Jack Howell from the Victory Baptist Church located in Malad, Idaho will be officiating. Per family request there will be no visitation.

Jerry was born in Pocatello, Idaho on December 4, 1965.

Jerry graduated from Pocatello High School.

Jerry was married to Lisa Wagner for a time and through that union had 3 beautiful daughters, the oldest Sarah, then Rachel and finally Becca or (Becca Boo) as he so lovingly called her. Jerry and Lisa eventually divorced.

In 1996 Jerry met Felicia and their love story began. Jerry married his best friend and soul mate on May 22, 1999 in Pocatello, Idaho at the Church of Christ. Through Jerry’s union with Felicia he had one beautiful daughter named Zoey and one adopted daughter named Natalie. Jerry was the love of Felicia’s life.

Jerry worked at Doc’s Gun Barn for 33 years before they closed. He loved all things gun related. He had several jobs after the Gun Barn closed. Jerry worked in a few nursing homes in their kitchens. He loved the Veteran’s Home, he loved helping people and the residents loved him. Jerry began driving for National Performance Auto Parts, then recently for Alsco and he really liked it. Jerry worked hard for us.

Jerry is survived by his wife Felicia, his daughters Zoey, Rachel, Sarah, Becca and Natalie, his grandchildren Brooklynn and Ellie, his father and mother Jerry L. Hall Sr. and Virginia Hall, his brothers Jeffrey and Brandon Hall Sr., and many wonderful nieces and nephews that he loved like his own children.

Jerry was preceded in death by his Grandpa and Grandma Hall, Grandpa and Grandma Woods, his Sister and numerous aunts and uncles.

Jerry was so special to everyone he met. Jerry was funny and loved to make people laugh. Jerry was quiet until he got to know you. Jerry was a hunter, he loved everything about hunting, he loved guns. There wasn’t a gun he couldn’t fix or shoot. Jerry loved to help people get their game. He said it was more exciting to help ans see others kill their elk or deer than it was to shoot his own. Jerry knew guns (every gun) and he was always happy to work on them for all of us. He’s gotten us all out of at least one bind throughout the years. Jerry loved to fish and he was in his element in the outdoors.

Jerry loved us all and he enjoyed spending time with his family, attending family gatherings and hosting them at times, when he wasn’t sick. Jerry made the BEST steaks and he enjoyed grilling them for everyone. He was an amazing cook.

Jerry was an animal lover and he was always holding a rabbit a dog or a guinea pig. Jerry had a gentle soul.

Jerry had an addiction and he suffered from depression, he had a sickness worse than any cancer. It was his demon and he was so tired. His soul was tired, he couldn’t fight the demons anymore. Jerry knew what watching him suffer was doing to us all. So he ended it out of love. If love could have saved him, he’d still be with us, addiction free and happy. But it couldn’t, so now he is resting with the Angels being held in God’s arms.

Rest now Jerry, until we are together again.
