Mary Muller, 77, passed away on Friday, September 12, 2014 at Monte Vista Hills Assisted Living center. Mary Muller was born in San Diego, CA where she worked hard on the family farm. Went to college and got a teachers degree. Lived in Santee, CA where she had 5 children, they moved to Cardiff By The Sea, CA then moved to Fort Worth, Texas for a year, then to Lancaster, CA then off to Palmdale, CA and back to Lancaster, CA then to Lava Hot Springs, ID. Mary married Robert Gene Henry on May 26, 1958. Mom loved working with Children and dedicated her life to helping and teaching love and education. She owned her own Health Food Store in Lancaster. She retired in Lava Hot Springs on her ANGEL MOUNTAIN. She loved helping her grandchildren in their 4-H and other activities. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Mary loved to sew all of our clothes while growing up. Mom loved animals, flowers, and hiking. She made endless baby blankets for her grandchildren. She loved music and sang like an angel. Ultimately, MUSIC and ANGELS were her ultimate ENJOYMENT. Mom lived a good life and has earned her way out to a better place. Mom requested to be put to rest at her favorite place on this earth. We are going to Honor her request by doing so. Rest in peace our mother/grandmother. May your spirit walk in peace, love, and harmony. She is survived by her daughters, Katherine (Tyler) Schwartz of Downey, Idaho, Cynthia (Shane) Irick of Lava Hot Springs, ID, Carolyne Strittmatter of Pocatello. ID; sons, Robert Michael Henry of Chubbuck, ID , Christopher Baker of California, David Muller of Salt Lake City, Utah; sister, Nell Valentine of North Carolina and brother, John Michael Proctor of Texas; 11 Grandchildren and12 Great-Grandchildren. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Albert Merrill Proctor and Mother Mary Frances Moore as well as 1 brother and 3 sisters. Colonial Funeral Home is caring for Marys family.
