Pauline Marie Winters

Pauline Marie Winters age 80, passed away peacefully Sunday, November 25, 2012 at a local health care facility surrounded by her family.

Pauline was born on December 29, 1931 in Pocatello, Idaho to Frank and Paulina Tofanelli. She was the youngest of eight children. While living in Northern California she met and married William J. Winters on August 6, 1955. Together they raised four sons. In 1970 the family moved back to Pocatello/Chubbuck where she remained a loving and devoted mother and wife and was loved by everyone who knew or even met her.

Her greatest enjoyments were her dog Ginger, who gave her a great deal of company and her grandchildren who she loved to spend time with.

Pauline is survived by her loving spouse, William “Bill” Winters; their four sons, Michael (Mona) Taylor; Gary (Sherri) Winters; Robert (Joy) Winters; Ronald (Lisa) Winters, all of Chubbuck; grandchildren, Janelle Valenzuela, Pocatello; Jennifer (Adam) Burgasser, San Diego, California; Brad Winters, Chubbuck, Nick Winters, Chubbuck; Spencer (Kortney) Winters, Chubbuck; Kristina (Doug Johnson) Taylor of Pocatello; Josh Winters, Chubbuck; Darby Winters, Chubbuck; Kelcie Winters, Chubbuck; one great granddaughter, Melissa Ramsey, Pocatello; and two sisters, Bruna Hernandez and Carolina Stephans, both of Pocatello.

Pauline is preceded in death by her parents Frank and Paulina, her brothers Gene, Angelo, Ralph, Tony, and Milio.
