Richard Hill

Richard Keith Hill, 75, passed away August 20, 2019 at his home of natural causes. He was born April 9, 1944 in Rochester, Minnesota. Richard attended Star Valley High School and the University of Wyoming. He lived in Star Valley, Idaho Falls, Pocatello, and South Lake Tahoe. He married Jennie Pedersen on December 2, 2004. Richard worked at Wonder Bread, Gem State paper, and also was the owner of the Bourbon Barrel Bar. He belonged to the Elks club he also enjoyed camping, fishing, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and fine dining. He was also on the ski patrol. Richard is preceded in death by his mother, Josie McKinn; and his father, Roy Hill. He is survived by his wife, Jennie Hill; his children, Todd Hill, Carrie Clark, Dennis Payne, and Debbie Mullins; sister, Pat Peek; 8 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at 6 pm at Colonial Funeral Home, 2005 S. 4th Ave. Pocatello, ID.
