Steven Rodriguez

POCATELLO-Steven Curtis Rodriguez, 32 of Pocatello passed away Friday January 7, 2011 at his residence. Steven was born September 18, 1978 in Pocatello, Idaho to Robert Rodriguez and Sue Kunz. He attended school at Wilcox Elementary, Hawthorne Junior High and Pocatello High School. While attending Pocatello High School, Steven participated in the Idaho State University Judo Club, where he attained his brown belt. After high school, Steven attended Idaho State University where he earned an Associate's Degree in Electronics. Steven was employed at ON Semi Conductor where he worked as a Fabrication and Inspection Technician. Steven enjoyed many things including riding his motorcycle as well as providing his computer expertise to friends and family alike. He was a very meticulous, organized, calm and patient individual who earned the respect of his peers, friends and especially his family. Steven is survived by his father Robert Rodriguez (Marta), his mother Sue Kunz Manning (Denny) sisters, Connie Flatten (Loren) of Pocatello, Sonya Johns (Kerry) of St. Anthony; brothers, Robert Rodriguez (Tasha), Ryan Rodriguez (Becky), Michael Rodriguez, all of Pocatello; and a step-sister, Juanita Velazquez of Pocatello. Family will meet with friends one hour prior to funeral services to be held Thursday, January 13, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Colonial Funeral Home 2005 S. 4th Ave. Burial services will immediately follow at Mountain View Cemetery.
