Terry Lynn Cox

Terry “Red Top” Cox, 67, passed during the second week of January 2022. He was born on October 25, 1954 to Robert Lee Cox and Verona Hamp Cox in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Terry grew up in Pocatello, graduating from Pocatello High School where he played basketball and enjoyed every minute of it.

Terry was an accomplished competitive dart thrower, enjoyed a good game of pool, and cherished being in the outdoors and camping. He loved his dog Cola and seemed to be naturally good at everything he did.

Despite having never married and not having any children, Terry will be sorely missed by his extended family and friends. He is survived by his brother, Marvin Cox of Pocatello Idaho and three nephews Charles Smith, Brent Cox and Kent Cox all from Pocatello, Idaho. He is preceded in death by his parents.

A celebration of Terry’s life is being planned privately where there will be a lot of storytelling and dart throwing.
