Tiffany Anne Padian

d. March 11, 2015

Tiffany A. Padian, 36, passed away peacefully at her home Wednesday, March 11, 2015 into the arms of her mother and heavenly Father. She had a big heart and was deeply loved by her family. Tiff was born February 11, 1979 in Lakeview, Oregon, the daughter of Bruce and Nancy Padian. She grew up and attended schools in Dubois, Pocatello and Bancroft, Idaho. She loved all types of sports, especially basketball and softball, and played for Highland and North Gem High Schools. She was a "regular" on numerous Pocatello City League and church league softball teams and enjoyed many years of sports activities with the Campfire program in Pocatello. Tiff was a great animal lover; always ready to speak up for any animal she felt wasn't adequately cared for. She loved her two dogs, Yeager and Chase, and the many stray cats that might pass by her door. She enjoyed working many retail jobs but found the greatest pleasure working as a home health aide, helping seniors and those with disabilities, which she did for many years. We will miss her beautiful smile and witty come backs. She will continue to have a special place in our lives and will always be remembered for her pride in her work and her compassion for others, as shown by her registering as an organ donor. Tiffany is survived by her father and step-mother, Bruce (Merrilee) Padian; sisters, Angela (Steve) Wilkins of Salt Lake City; Kimberly (Doug) Uphoff of Boise; Jennifer (Joe Reams) Padian of Pocatello; as well as nieces, Vanessa, Callie, Jessica, Keelyn, Savannah, and Rebecca; nephews, Zachary, Colter, Andrew and Orian, plus numerous cousins, aunts and uncles. She is preceded in death by her mother, Nancy Lee Padian. Below is a poem Tiffany wrote as a young adult: IN YOUR HANDS My troubles fall away, Holding me tight, keeping hate far from me. Loving hands through the day, and through the night You save me. No more trouble, no more pain, In your arms I gain the love that I need to know. Love falling from the tips of your fingers like rain, Your loving hands hold me again. Singing softly up and down my spine Caressing me gently forever, for all time. In your hands, I am safe to say, That I will love you forever and a day. And in your hands I would like to be For you saved (me) from the insanity, In your hands. In accordance with Tiffs wishes she was cremated. A Celebration of Her Life will be held at the Sandtrap Grill, 2720 Bannock Hwy, Pocatello, Idaho on Saturday, March 21, 2015 from 2:00-5:00 pm. We encourage all who knew Tiff and would like to share stories about her to attend. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Pocatello Animal Shelter or Campfire USA in Tiffanys name.
