Adam Jason Anderson, 58, passed away June 20, 2025. He was born June 19, 1967, in Pocatello, Idaho to Neddie J Anderson and Ellen LaJune Pay. He had three children, Katie, Wyatt, and Bailey, from his first marriage. He married the love of his life, Angela Babb, on December 30, 2014, and they were sealed in the Logan temple on December 30, 2015. He loved his family deeply.
He attended Tyhee Elementary, Hawthorne Jr. High, and graduated from Highland High School. He followed in his dad’s footsteps and became an electrician, working for various contractors.
Adam loved to rodeo and started out as a bronc rider. After Katie was born, he decided it was too dangerous and became a team roper. He won a horse trailer, numerous saddles, and belt buckles. His most recent win came shortly before his death.
Adam is survived by his wife, Angela Babb Anderson (Tyhee); children, Katie (Chris) Byrd, Wyatt (Clay) Parks, and Bailey Anderson; step-children, Kristina (Chase) Rowe, Hailey Hall, AJ (Chloe) Hall, and Kora Iverson; sisters, Chris (Kevin) Rominger and Allison (Kevin) Muir; a half-sister, Angela Anderson Palmer; and parents, Ned and Ellen Anderson.
He was preceded in death by grandparents, William Fawkes Pay and Fay LaJune Collard, Clifford Raymond Anderson and Ellen Bernice Carlston.
He has four grandchildren and one on the way.
A viewing will be held on Sunday, June 29, 2025 from 5-8 pm at Wilks Funeral Home 211 W. Chubbuck Rd. Chubbuck, ID 83202. Services will take place on Monday, June 30, 2025 at 11 am at the LDS church, 333 S. Treaty Hwy. Pocatello, Idaho 83202, with a viewing for 1 hour prior. Burial will be at the Riverside Thomas Cemetery in Blackfoot, ID.
