Austin Eugene “Bud” Frasure, 85, passed away, November 26, 2025.
Bud was born on September 6, 1940 in Beaver, Kentucky to Ernest and Myrtle Frasure. His family moved to Idaho when he was three years old and Bud attended schools in Pocatello.
Bud met his sweetheart, Anita Caccia, while he was tending bar at his family restaurant “Myrtle’s”. They were married on September 4, 1965 and spent 60 years together.
Bud served his country in the United States Army and was a member of the American Legion.
Bud worked as a truck driver and hauled diesel to gas stations and mines.
He loved camping, and 4-wheeling. Together with Anita, they loved to travel to vacation with their kids and did many cross-country trips together.
Bud is survived by his wife, Anita of Idaho; daughter, Jina (Neil) Myers of Oklahoma; son, Cody (Autumn) Frasure of Tennessee; grandson, Dustin Myers of Oklahoma; and brothers, Rick (Karen) Frasure and Rock (Penny) Frasure.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Charlie, Clarence, and James Frasure; and sister, Billie Miller.
No services will be held at this time. The family asks for privacy at this time and requests no phone calls.
