Belinda Ann Leal, born on August 18, 1954, in Corpus Christi, Texas, passed away on June 19, 2025 in Idaho Falls, Idaho. She was 70 years old.

A proud veteran of the United States Air Force, she served her country honorably from 1974-1978, achieving the rank of Sergeant. After her military service, she pursued her education at Del Mar College in Corpus Christi, Texas.

She dedicated most of her professional life as an administrative assistant, and was known for her dedication, and unwavering work ethic. In 2002, she moved to Idaho for work but always carried Texas in her heart.

She had a deep love for traveling and exploring new places. She was a lifelong avid reader. She also enjoyed making small crafts, which she often gifted to family and friends.

Belinda is survived by two beloved daughters, Belinda Noemi Leal, married to Thomas Reyna and Genevieve Marie Leal-Collins, married to Bruce Owens. She was a proud grandmother to four grandchildren, Marc Ryan Leal-Alaniz (Iris Rivas), Leila Dani Ramsey, Sophia Owens, and Logan Owens. She has one great-granddaughter, Alaia Leal Rivas.

She is also survived by her siblings, Javier Hector Leal (Mary M.), Jose Luis Leal (Sonia C.), Dora Leal, and Patricia Leal (Jose Garcia).

She was preceded in death by her parents, Erasto Noyola Leal and Noemi Flores Leal.

Belinda will be cremated and her ashes entombed with her parents at Seaside Memorial Park in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Service arrangements will be announced at a later date by her daughters.
