Beverly B Pratt, 90, passed away on July 6, 2026.
Beverly was born in a rural southeastern Idaho town as the oldest of 5 siblings, Bart, Betty Jo, Bruce and Brenda, who she is survived by. Although she eventually moved and spent the majority of her life in the big metropolis of Salt Lake City, she never lost that soft, gentle kindness that mirrored her humble country upbringing. She applied herself, earning a lifelong career in banking, working in one of those tall skyscrapers in downtown Salt Lake, where her grandkids were always so excited to visit her when they were little. The only time Beverly had stopped working before retiring is when she and her husband Dick had a set of twins, Cindy and Sandy, and a few years later Angie, to complete their family.
Beverly loved her daughters and considered every grandchild very dear to her heart. She was deeply endeared by them for her sweet softness and kind compassion. A few years after her divorce from Dick, Jack became her life long friend, companion and husband.
Beverly always looked forward to being an Idahoan again, and this is where she was able to spend the remaining years of her life. She was surrounded by her daughters, siblings, grandchildren, friends and an insurmountable amount of love as she passed onto the greater horizon.
She is preceded in death by her dear daughter, Cindy.
