Calvert "Cal" William Judkins

Calvert "Cal" William Judkins, 61, passed away on Saturday, January 14, 2017 at his home of natural causes. Cal was born February 23, 1955 in Pocatello Idaho son of Melvin Newell and Ina Mae Judkins. He attended Highland high school and enjoyed track, boxing and especially fast cars. 

He married Sonia Darlene Croft on June 7, 1975 in Pocatello. They had two sons, Jeff and Jessie. 

Cal worked several jobs including Crane Operator at B.E., Kraft Foods, Home Depot, and he drove for Doug Andrus Trucking and did so for about nine years. 

His hobbies include hunting, fishing, and of course, fast cars. 

Cal is survived by his wife, Sonia of 41 years; sons, Jeffery Lynn (Holly Ann) Judkins, Jessie Lee (Melaunie Jean) Judkins; 3 grandchildren, FaithLynn Mae, Ashton Seth, and Izek Lynn Judkins; brother, George Judkins; mother-in-law, Joyce Shaw; and father-in-law, Stephen Shaw, all of Pocatello. 

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Ralph Judkins. 

Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Thursday, January 19, 2017 at Colonial Funeral Home with a viewing to be held one hour prior to the services. Burial will follow at Mountain View Cemetery, 1520 S. 5th Ave. Pocatello, ID 83204.
