Carol Jean Brower

March 12, 1963 — February 26, 2026

Pocatello

Carol Jean Brower, 62, passed away on February 26, 2026.  She was born March 12, 1963.

She was very simple woman who valued her privacy and would be so mad that her business is being shared with the world.

Anyone that knew Carol was aware of her affinity with elephants. All her family and friends went out of their way to bring her anything that had to do with elephants. She kept and appreciated every one of them. Her house was filled with thousands of elephants that she collected for over 50 years. Elephants truly made her happy.

She was easily recognizable for her mismatched earrings. If you told her you liked her earrings she would take it off and hand it to you.

Carol’s life revolved around her animals. She loved them like they were her children. Her Shih Tzus were her pride and joy. She had many of them over the years. All descendants of her first and forever favorite Maddie.

Carol loved her daughter Tia Nichole Thomas, her 3 bonus children Josh Williams, Monique Williams, and Brittney Williams. Her grand children; Elijah, Jaxon, Kyler, Zoie, Kingston, Andre, Leo, Kruz, Nova Jean, and her great grand children Elisio and Ezekiel.

There were a couple of things that Carol enjoyed, sitting around her fire pit on a summer evening with friends enjoying a beer, camping, fishing, riding her motorcycle, and spending time with the wonderful people she met at her stomping ground, McDermotts bar. She also had many friends she kept throughout her life, and held them very near to her heart.

She is survived by her mother, Pamela Levick. Her siblings Paul (Coleen) Brower, Jada (Shawn) Cox, Joyce Cumpton, Joe Brower, Pamela Perkins, Jack (Linda) Brower, Kuhlena Hudson (Jerry Wood), Tina (Scott) Henthorn, Elizabeth (Pat) King and her Grow Old and aunt, Kellie (Lyle) Burrup.

She had numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins that she loved with all her heart.

She was preceded in death by her grand parents, father Jack E. Brower, nieces Terri Largent and Camille Cumpton-Lankford, and her best friend Nancy McDonald.

Carol returned home to our Heavenly Father on February 26th, 2026 due to medical complications.

She will be greatly missed by all those who loved her.

Please join us in celebrating her life on March 14th, 2026, at O.K. Ward park, at 2:00 pm. It will be a potluck style bbq, as that was Carol’s favorite.
