Our beloved husband, father and grandfather, Cecil J. Frandsen, 91, Lava Hot Springs, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, April 23, 2014. He was born January 14, 1923 in Shelley, Idaho to Burke and Beecie Frandsen.
He married Bessie Owen on September 18, 1950 in Salt Lake City, Utah. They had 7 children, 12 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, April 28, 2014 at Wilks Funeral Home, 211 W. Chubbuck Rd., Chubbuck, Id.
