Darlene Margaret Frugoli

Darlene Margaret Frugoli, 94, of Chubbuck, Idaho, passed away peacefully on May 8, 2026. She was born on August 18, 1931, in Nounan, Idaho, to Melvin and Winona Grunig. Darlene was married to Harold Frugoli for 30 wonderful years, and theirs was truly a match made in heaven.

Darlene was preceded in death by her husband, Harold; her parents, Melvin and Winona (Ashment) Grunig; her sisters, Joan Smith and Ruth Spitler; and her daughter, Susan Roper. She leaves behind a loving family who will cherish her memory always.

Darlene is survived by her children, Chris (Steven) Roberts and Michael (Pam) Esquibel; 9 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and 12 great-great-grandchildren.

Darlene’s love for her family was the center of her life. She will be remembered for her kindness, warmth, strength, and caring spirit. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

There will be no memorial services.
