Dennis Gene Barlow, 72, passed away peacefully on August 9, 2019.

Denny was born on June 28, 1947 to Lee Barlow and Cletabel Raymond in Mt. Shasta California. Growing up, he enjoyed participating in athletics, especially boxing. He boxed up until the time he was 18 years old and remained undefeated. After graduating from high school, he went on to college and earned a Bachelor's Degree in business.

Following his collegiate education, Denny moved to Pocatello, Idaho and eventually started Western Beverage, a company that he owned and operated. He was a very hard worker and once won the business man of the year award.

On May 17, 2010, Denny married Cheryl Colleen Barlow. They have spent the last 9 years together as best friends. Denny's hobbies included doing yard work, wood working, and setting up Christmas decoration displays.

He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Colleen Barlow, 2 children, 2 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, his brother Neil Barlow, and his sister Sandy Eckman.

A funeral service will be held in his honor at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, August 13, at Gate City Baptist Church, 500 W. Maple, Pocatello, ID, with a viewing starting at 1:00 pm.
