Dennis Max Sidwell, 83 of Kimberly Idaho passed away on July 28th 2026 surrounded by loved ones. Dennis was born in Rupert, ID, on August 14th 1942 to Anita and James (Max) Sidwell. He spent most of his childhood in Jerome, ID with lots of friends and his two brothers Glen and Tom Sidwell. While his time in Jerome, he met the love of his life J’nell (Judy) Rash he was 16 and she was 15. They later married on June 30th 1962. Dennis enlisted in the Air Force where he served from 1960-1964. After being honorably discharged from the Air Force in Washington DC, he moved himself and J’Nell to Idaho to start his family. Together they had 2 children Alaina Marie Sidwell and Justin Lee Sidwell. Dennis was well known around the Magic Valley/ Sun Valley area for his occupation in telecommunications. Dennis never met a stranger. He had the softest heart for everyone. Dennis loves in life were his 3 grandchildren. Madison, Sydney, and Kaleb. Oh they loved their grandpa SO much!

He will be missed dearly. He is proceeded in death by his parents, his wife, his daughter and brother Tom Sidwell.

He is survived by his son Justin Sidwell, His brother Glen (Tami) Sidwell, his nephew Scott (Shelby) Sidwell. His 3 grandchildren Madison (Keegan), Sydney (Cade), Kaleb (Kellie) and great grandson Kavax.

The family is at peace knowing he is reunited with his wife and daughter and other family members.
