Dugan W Mabe

With deep sadness, we announce the passing of Dugan W. Mabe.

Dugan was born on October 28, 1978, in Pocatello, Idaho, to E. Lynn Mabe and Lisa (Cuoio) Mabe. He began walking before he was nine months old, and from that time forward, he had an abundance of energy and a real zest for life and learning.

Dugan grew up in Pocatello, graduating from Pocatello High School, and going on to graduate from Idaho State University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering. After graduating, he worked for Virginia Transformers for 10 years as a Mechanical Engineer. From Virginia Transformers, he started his own contracting business. There wasn't any job that he couldn't figure out on his own, and we were all amazed how smart and talented he was.

Dugan always loved the outdoors and enjoyed camping, hiking, fishing, hunting, 4- wheeling, snow shoeing, and just being out in the great outdoors.

Dugan is survived by his mother (Lisa Mabe), his son (Callan Mabe), his half-sister (Heather Evans), his half-brother (Dylan Mabe), and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father (E. Lynn Mabe), and both grandparents.

Dugan, when you came into our life, you made us so happy through all the good and special times we shared together. We always loved you no matter what, and always will. We know that you are in a better place and are at peace now. You will always live in our hearts and special memories forever.

A celebration of life will be determined at a later date.
