Helen Elizabeth Lindstrom

Helen Elizabeth Lindstrom passed away peacefully on May 15, 2026, at the age of 85. She was born on February 6, 1941, and spent much of her life in Idaho, where she was known for her kindness, resilience, and love for family and friends. Helen was born in Soda Springs, Idaho, to Walter Oliver Rhodes and Elizabeth Bailey, who later relocated to Pocatello, Idaho. She carried the values of faith, hard work, and compassion with her throughout her life.

Helen was married during her life to Dean Fredrick Aldous, Terry Wayne Munsee, Robert J Kimsey, and Albine M Lindstrom. She treasured the relationships and experiences that shaped her journey and the family and friends she loved along the way. A devoted member of the LDS Church, Helen found strength and comfort in her faith and community. She enjoyed horse riding, crocheting, sewing, hunting and fishing, four wheeling, and western movies. She loved creating things with her hands and sharing her talents with others.

Helen is survived by her son Terry (Denise) L Munsee of Pocatello, ID; daughter Cheryl Lindstrom of Shelley, ID; son Kurt (Pam) L Munsee of Soda Springs, ID; and daughter Cheri L Kimsey of Meridian, ID. She was preceded in death by her parents Walter Oliver Rhodes and Elizabeth Bailey Rhodes, her daughter Carol Munsee, brother Walter J Rhodes, daughter Jennifer M Kimsey, and an unborn baby.

Helen will be remembered for her warm heart, strong spirit, and caring nature. Her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at 11:00 AM at Wilks Funeral Home, 211 W Chubbuck Road, Chubbuck, ID 83202, with a viewing one hour prior. Burial at Goshen Cemetery at 12:30 PM.
