Henry Rich Vaughan

Rich Vaughan, longtime McCammon resident born on March 28, 1932, passed away on August 31, 2026 at the age of 94 at the family home.

He married Elizabeth Treasure in 1951.They had four children, Richard, Ronald, Robert, and Kathy.

Rich was a four year Navy veteran of the Korean Conflict.

Throughout Rich’s life he worked for Union Pacific Railroad, Pet Milk Plant in Downey Idaho, he owned and operated a milk route, managed the Chevron station in McCammon, ranched and milked dairy cows.

Rich and Liz traveled south for the winter to Yuma, Arizona for several years.

Rich was preceded in death by his wife Elizabeth and his son Richard.

A viewing will be held on September 8, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at 211 W. Chubbuck Road, Chubbuck, ID 83202. A second viewing will be held on September 9, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at 211 W. Chubbuck Road, Chubbuck, ID 83202. The funeral service will immediately follow at 11:00 AM at the same location.

The graveside service will take place on September 9, 2026, from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at 8787 Old Hwy 91, McCammon Idaho, 83250.
