James passed away peacefully at home Tuesday, April 3, 2018 following a brief illness.
A memorial service was held Friday, April 6, 2018 at Calvary Alliance Church in Pocatello, Idaho. His wishes were to be interred at the Vacaville-Elmira Cemetery in Vacaville, California.
