Jayce Micah Thomas

Jayce Micah Thomas, 12, passed away on December 31, 2025.

Jayce was born on December 23, 2013. He was a happy, fun loving kid who cared deeply about others. He always loved to help. He loved learning new things. Jayce was intelligent and was able to light a room with his smile. He was born in South Carolina, and lived happily in Idaho. He was a happy Jehovah's Witness who loved being honest and making God happy.

Jayce’s best friends were Killian, Dallas and Mattias. Jayce loved video games, playing on the trampoline, and cooking. He also loved animals, especially ducks.

Our family sends our deepest gratitude to all the community as well as the staff at Primary Children’s Hospital in Salt Lake City.

Jayce is survived by his dad, David Thomas; mom, Kai Thomas; sister, Chyane Thomas; brother, Dorian Thomas; grandmothers, Vivian Washington and Sandra Evans; aunts, Kim Stinney and Courtany Brown; and uncles, Kyle Brooks and Travis Evans.

A memorial service will be held at 5:00 pm on Thursday, January 22, 2026 at Wilks Funeral Home, 211 W Chubbuck Road, Chubbuck, ID. A visitation will be held prior beginning at 4:00 pm.
