Julie Ann Teodorovic

November 27, 1973 — December 4, 2025

Pocatello

Julie Ann Lower, age 52, of Pocatello, Idaho, passed away unexpectedly on December 4, 2025, in the same city where she was born on November 27, 1973. From her earliest days, Julee moved through life with a bold spirit, a whimsical heart, and a fire that made her unforgettable.

Raised in Pocatello, she graduated from Highland High School before going on to earn two bachelor’s degrees from Idaho State University—one in Health Education and one in Dietetics. She later completed a post-internship in Dietetics, reflecting her deep commitment to health and learning. Throughout her academic journey, Julee excelled: she was a two-time recipient of the Kasiska College of Health Professions Scholarship, a proud member of two National Honor Societies, and she earned Dean’s List recognition multiple times. Her love for learning and achievement was matched only by her love for sparkle. She became Diamond Council of America certified, blending her passion for education with her passion for jewelry—something that would remain a defining part of her personal and professional identity.

A woman of many talents, Julee found joy in all her pursuits. She loved her work as a Fitness Director, inspiring countless people with her energy, confidence, and commitment to wellness. She also dearly loved selling jewelry, a perfect fit for her vibrant style and her gift for connecting with people. Over the past six years, she poured her heart into providing exceptional client experiences in Pocatello—uplifting others with her sincerity, humor, and presence.

Julee had an eclectic soul. She loved Dr. Phil, true crime, documentaries, and any story that helped her understand the world more deeply. She also found comfort and connection in her crystals, mood stones, and the grounding energy they brought her. She believed in intuition, in healing through nature, and in finding the right energy for the moment.

Julee absolutely loved to travel. She cherished adventures—whether it was a family vacation to Disney World, Bear Lake, or Island Park, a road trip to a Broadway Show or the Ballet, or exploring somewhere new just for the experience. She found joy in discovering beautiful places, collecting memories along the way, and sharing every moment with the people she loved. Travel made her feel alive, inspired, and connected to the world’s beauty.

But above all else, Julee loved her family fiercely. She was endlessly proud of her three daughters—Daysha, Makenna, and Ella—and she celebrated their differences, strengths, and accomplishments with her whole heart. Her world grew even brighter when she became a grandma to her two grandsons, who filled her days with joy and laughter.

Julee lived unapologetically. She dressed boldly—high heels, striking jewelry, designer bags, and a confidence that lit up every room. She always dressed to impress, not for others, but because every accessory added to the essence of who she was. Her purse contained everything you could think of, though she wasn’t known for being able to find any of it when she needed it.

Her spaces—home, office, or car—were filled with memories, photos, trinkets, and treasures that told her story. She loved sharing moments, displaying them, reliving them.

Fearless and loving, Julee spoke her mind with conviction and defended her people with unwavering loyalty. She was her daughters’ PIC—partner in crime, their safe place, and their fiercest supporter. And she lived by a phrase that guided her spirit: “Always leave a little sparkle wherever you go.” She truly did.

Julee is survived by her loving mother Laurel (Laurie) Lower, father Craig Lower, her daughters Daysha Rupp, Makenna Cresswell, and Ella Teodorovic, and her two beloved grandsons.

She is preceded in death by her brother, Michael Lower, whom she loved and missed dearly.
