In loving Memory of Kathleen A. Mogolich
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, daughter, aunt and friend Kathleen A. Mogolich, who left this world on May 10, 2025, at the age of 75. She passed peacefully, surrounded by her loved ones, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, strength, and deep compassion.
Kathy was born on April 24, 1950, in Youngstown, Ohio, born to Thomas and Dorthy Klesch. She Married Andrew Mogolich at the ripe age of 20 years old on September 5, 1970 . She remained married to the Love of her life for 55 years. Kathy Brought warmth and light into every life she touched. She was a steady presence- a source of comfort, laughter and wisdom for all who knew her. Whether it was through a gentle word, a heartfelt hug, or a moment of shared silence, Kathy had a way of making people feel seen and loved.
Kathy dedicated her life to being a nurse and the best wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother she could be. She took joy in planting flowers, sewing, and crafting but above all she cherished time with family and friends. She believed in the beauty of simple things- a house full of people she loved enjoying the wonderful meal she prepared, the laughter of all those she loved and most of all always saying I love you.
There was not a day where she didn’t smile even when she was in excruciating pain. She gave up everything for the people she loved. Some people believe home is a house but for those who knew Kathy, home is not a house home was her. Her loss will be felt greatly by everyone who knew her. We know now she is out of pain and sitting with Jesus and all those who passed before her. We will continue her legacy by spreading kindness, love and joy.
Kathy is survived by her loving husband, Andy; her two children, Andrea and Andrew, and their significant others Amber and Kenny; her brothers, Tim and Tom; her in laws, Rosie, Dean, Ronald and Shelly; her grandchildren, Katie, Randy, Kaden, Victoria, Kurtland, Kameron, Emma, Kash, Braxton, Addalyn, Cooper, and Damon; as well as her 6 great grandchildren, Addie, Ren, Amari, Sienna, Mateo and Malachi.
