Larry Curtis Lee, 74, passed away on January 30, 2026.
Larry was born on March 18th, 1951 in Pocatello, Idaho to Curtis and Shirley Lee and passed away peacefully in his home in Chubbuck, Idaho the morning of January 30th, 2026 surrounded by his wife and children. Larry was preceded in death by his firstborn son, Larry Curtis Lee, Jr. (1975), his father (2013), and his mother (2018). He is survived by his loving wife, Beverly Ann Lee, his children: Sheri Lee, Michael Lloyd Lee (Gina Francis), David Rex Lee (Wendy), Denelle Lee McDermott (Rhett), Andrea Lee Upton Rowley (Peter), and Phillip Curtis Lee. He also survived by his elder brother Robert England Lee (Becky), his younger sister Candace Lee Busby (Don), 22 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
Over the next 10 years, Larry and Beverly were blessed with 7 children; with their second child (their firstborn son) tragically passing away a few days after he was born in 1975. Life certainly gave them trials as well as triumphs over the years as they steadfastly built their life and family. With Beverly selflessly nurturing and rearing their 6 surviving children, Larry dedicated his life to providing for his growing family. A self-taught computer programmer with a keen understanding of mathematics, Larry soon found an aptitude for business finance and computer system architecture, and turned his skills into a life-long career in healthcare finance and information systems; serving as CFO and CIO for multiple hospitals across the nation. In addition to all of this, he channeled his love of building and architecture into the construction of two homes with his bare hands, with Beverly working at his side for their family over the years. A life-long member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, he served faithfully in innumerable church callings, including various bishoprics and as branch president while living in Minnesota.
Farewell for now, dear “Lawrence”.
