Erlinda Estrada Bosquez. Affectionately known as “Linda”, 76, of Pocatello, Idaho, passed away on November 18th, 2025 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Linda was born on April 30th, 1949 to Jose and Laurianna Estrada, in Burnet, Texas. Siblings included Mary Garcia, Molly Rios, Betty Rodriguez, Martha (Robert) Diaz, Liria (Oliver) Ramirez, Johnny (Jessica) Estrada, Freddy (Vera) Estrada, Mike Estrada, and Robert Estrada.
Linda met Leonel Bosquez “Leo” in Arizona, and later they relocated to Idaho. They had five children together.
In her professional life, Linda worked in agricultural, environmental, and dietary services. After many years, she retired from Portneuf Medical Center. Her hobbies included gardening, camping, fishing, casino, sewing, and crocheting. Linda was an adoring, warmhearted, loving woman devoted to her family. Her vibrant smile and unconditional love will forever be remembered.
Her beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of her children: Roman Bosquez, Ana (Harvey) Castaneda, Janet Bosquez, Rachel (Jorge) Ocampo, Patricia Bosquez Tapia; her grandchildren: Fabian (Ashley) Saiz, Saphirina (Garrison) Garrity, Helen “lala” Bosquez, Jacob (Mamie) Bosquez, Anthony (Josh) Mcbride, Enedina (Victor) Garcia , Jared Mcbride, Bianca Bosquez, Sonya Bosquez, Dakota Cedeno, Jade Bosquez, Aiden Price; great-grandchildren: Tyce, Gracie, Ellie, Kayleen, Kyra, Davien, Laveya, Matyas, Eveleigh, Blake, Ariana, Aidan, Arrow, Talia, Alaki, Zadian, Lyric, Fabian jr, Jeramiah, Felix, Dominic, Michael, Tailiana, Aiva; great-great grandchildren: Ivy, Luca, Elias, and Angel Ray.
Close friends of Linda are Henrietta Castaneda, Barbara Castaneda, Toni Reisner, Angel Luna, Mauricio Herrera, Michele Perry, Ellen Manzanarez, and numerous others.
Linda was preceded in death by her husband Leonel Bosquez, mother Laurianna Estrada, father Jose Estrada, grandparents Lorenza Hernandez, Migueal Hernandez, Jose Savala, and Maria Rivera, and brothers Johnny and Mike Estrada.
Erlinda Estrada Bosquez will be deeply missed, but her legacy of love will live on in the hearts
of those she touched.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, November 25 at Wilks Colonial Chapel, 2005 S 4th Avenue, Pocatello, ID. A viewing will be held prior beginning at 9:30 am. Burial will follow the service at Mountain View Cemetery, 1520 S 5th Avenue, Pocatello, ID.
