MaryLou Illum Kinloch

MaryLou Illum Kinloch, 87, passed away on August 30, 2024.

MaryLou was born May 22, 1937 in Ogden, Utah to Thora Cluff and Edgar Illum. She attended and graduated from Weber High School, Weber State, and Utah State Universities. Her teaching and coaching started in Honolulu at Castle High continuing on to North Davis Junior High in Layton, Utah and Irving Junior High in Pocatello, Idaho. She retired in 1999 after 36 years of teaching and coaching.

She was an active member of Bannock Kiwanis, past president for 3 terms and received the Hixson award for service. 

She was married in the Logan Temple and later divorced from Glenn Kinloch. Surviving are her children Barry (Sharleen), Dale (Effie) and Nanette Brown (James); also seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

 A Graveside service will be held in Plain City, Utah in the family plot. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Darrell, David, and sister Norma.
