Matthew Joshua Houghton, 23 , passed away on April 17, 2020
Matthew was born in Pocatello, Idaho to Joshua G. Houghton and Jennifer A. Higbee Houghton on March 3, 1997. He had an older brother, Talon Higbee and then a younger brother, William Higbee. His mother Jennifer passed away in August of 2015.
Matthew is survived by his father, Josh Houghton of Chubbuck, brothers Talon and William Higbee, grandparents Glen and Maria Houghton of Pocatello, grandmother Judith McGee of Chubbuck, step-father Steve Mikkelson and step-brother Cody Mikkelson of Chubbuck, friends Brenden Neifert and Daven Jensen, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and his beloved daughter Apple Cynamin Tsosie.
Matt had many good friends who were like his family. Above all, Matt's greatest happiness was found in his daughter, Apple. He loved being with her and caring for her.
A graveside service will take place at 1 pm Saturday June 20, 2020 at the Cache-Clawson Cemetery.
