Patty Shore

April 11, 1973 — June 1, 2026

Shelley

Patty Kay Shore passed away on June 1, 2026 after a courageous battle, leaving behind a legacy of laughter, love, and a whole lot of good times. Born on April 11, 1973, in French Camp, California, Patty eventually made her home in Shelley, Idaho, where she built a life full of the things and people she loved most.

If you knew Patty, you knew she was funny. She had a gift for making people laugh, for lightening the mood, and for making sure everyone around her was having a good time. She was happiest outdoors, whether she had a fishing line in the water, was sitting around a campfire, or was simply soaking in the beauty of nature. Camping and fishing were among her favorite pastimes, but nothing brought her more joy than spending time with her family.

Patty was also known for her love of music and karaoke. Whether singing a favorite song or encouraging others to take the microphone, she brought energy, laughter, and unforgettable memories to every gathering. Her vibrant personality and generous heart made her someone people naturally gravitated toward.

Patty leaves behind a family she adored and cheered on every chance she got: her mother, Ranae Neihart; her sister, Kateel Whitehead (Stephen); her daughters, Ranae Morser, Sadie Graham (Ronnie), and Winter Rogers; and her son, TJ Rogers. Her 11 grandchildren were the stars of countless stories, laughs, and proud grandma moments. In her last few months, her grandson Stryker became her sidekick and constant companion, sharing time, memories, and the special bond that meant so much to them both. Among those mourning her loss is her beloved Auntie Deb, who held a special place in Patty’s heart as her second mom. Through every season of life, Deb offered a steadfast love that Patty treasured beyond words.

She was preceded in death by her father, Lyle Shore; her maternal grandparents, Arthur and Edna Neihart; and her paternal grandparents, Robert and Lyda Shore, her uncles, Loyal Dean, Gene, Rocky, and Warren, aunts Diane and Sally her cousin Kandy as well as a couple of second cousins.

It was Patty's wish to be cremated, so her honorary pallbearers are Jim Dean Neihart, Travis Neihart, Shaun Neihart, David Neihart, Joshua Cates, Ivory Cates, Toni Springsteed, Rosalyn Wold, and Spring Neihart.

Patty's laughter will echo in our memories, her love will remain in our hearts, and her spirit will live on through the family and friends she cherished so deeply.
