Preston Mead Belnap, age 60, passed away Monday, May 3, 2010 at his home in Pocatello, Idaho from problems related to heart failure. He was born June 5, 1949 in Blackfoot, Idaho to Ira Gilbert Belnap and Beulah Buchanan Belnap. He was the third of four children.
