Rebecca Brady

Rebecca Lyn-Marie Brady, 73, of Pocatello, Idaho passed away peacefully on Friday, May 9, 2025 at Rosetta Assisted Living.

Rebecca, or Becky, was born in Ohio and grew up with her two parents, Clarence and Shirley Sadie, and two siblings, Gary and Brian Sadie.

Becky had 3 children with Raymond Wemm, her first husband; Clarence Velickoff, Thomas Velickoff and Barbarah Elder.

She moved to Idaho in 1990. She had been graced with 11 grandchildren, Elliot and Kayley Elder, and Steven Young from daughter, Barbarah. Shatana, Alyssa, Krista, Jude and Cohner ("There can only be one") Velickoff from her son, Clarence, and Tracey Velickoff from her son, Thomas. Also, Cameron and Parker Jenkins. She also had 3 great-grandchildren.

Becky loved her Lord and shared Him with everyone she spoke to. She loved art and was blessed with the gifts of painting, sketching and singing. She loved all her family at the Gate City Baptist Church and enjoyed all their company and fellowship.

A special mention and heartfelt thank you to her dear friend Robert Farnsley for all his kind and generous work with and for her! 

Her favorite song was "The Old Rugged Cross", and her favorite saying was, "If The Lord Tarries!" 

There will be a Celebration of Life at the Baptist Church at a later date. 

Thank you all for loving her! Also, to Gary Roberts, one of her spiritual mentors and good friends, she was very happy to have won their "Eternal Race!"
