Sherry Anne Turner Marcham

Sherry Anne Turner Marcham, 65, passed away suddenly on August 3, 2025, in Pocatello, Idaho. She was born on May 8, 1960, in Providence, Rhode Island, to Patricia Goodnight and William Bento Sr.

She obtained her GED in 1992 from Idaho State University and went on to be a caregiver in her home. Sherry loved collecting angels, cat figurines (as she was allergic to real ones), and windchimes. She also enjoyed crocheting and baking for her grandchildren.

Sherry met and married David Turner and they had three children: Brandon, Joe, and Krissy. They later divorced. She then met Russell Marcham, and they spent 41 years together until he died in 2023.

She is survived by her brother, William Bento Jr. of Rhode Island, sister Michele (Craig) Biorn of Idaho Falls, ID; her children, Brandon (Brittney) Turner (Grace), Joe (Sheila) Turner (Pocatello), Krissy (Annie) Bento-Turner Chadwick (Pocatello); 13 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William Bento Sr. and Patricia Goodnight; brother, Joseph Bento; and her beloved spouse, Russell Marcham.

Funeral services for Sherry will be held on Thursday, August 7, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Wilks Funeral Home (211 W Chubbuck Rd, Chubbuck, ID 83202). Interment will follow at Mountain View Cemetery.
