Terri L. Bay

Terri L. Bay, beloved mother, grandmother, and friend went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, July 17th, 2026 at the age of 65 in Twin Falls, Idaho.

Terri was born in West Memphis, Arkansas to Robert Ziegenebin and Karen Race. She was the oldest of two children, her and her younger brother, Robert Ziegenbein. Throughout her life, she was a source of unwavering kindness, strength and generosity. She worked hard and was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone around her. In 1992, she met her husband, Dennis, and they married February 18th, 1993 in Gooding, Idaho. Together they raised their four daughters Shannon, Corey, Jan and Tamar who will cherish her memory and be forever grateful for the love she constantly provided them and her grandchildren.

Terri enjoyed many hobbies which included crocheting, decorating, dancing, singing, shopping at Costco, watching cozy mystery/crime solving cinema and AI generated western romance love stories, and spending time with her beloved grandchildren and family. She was always up for a little adventure and making memories with the ones she loved. Above all else, she was a strong woman of faith who loved our Lord, Jesus Christ, more than anything. She showed this in her daily life with her giving heart and loving kindness to all who crossed her path. She offered guidance and wisdom when needed and cheered for those around her with much enthusiasm. She had a special place in her heart for animals; especially her pets including her cat Bronson whom she spoiled rotten. She is also known for her joyful laugh that encouraged everyone around her to laugh too.

In addition to her four daughters, Terri is survived by her loving granddaughters Ceylor and Evelynn, grandsons, Kayden, Owen, Silas and Cash, and her sons David and Donald plus many other family members and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband Dennis, father Robert, mother Karen, uncles, aunts, cousins and grandparents.

Per Terri's requests, no official public service will be held. The family will honor and celebrate her life per the requests given to them by her.
