Walter Roy Parker, 80, passed away at his home Thursday, March 5, 2009. He was born in Wray, Colorado on April 22, 1928 to Stephen Walter and Ida Mae (Kinser) Parker. Walter was educated in Spanish Fork, Utah and graduated from Spanish Fork High School in 1947. He joined the Navy in 1948 and served his country in the Korean Conflict. He married Betty L. Page, they were married for 29 years and were later divorced. Walter
