Willis D. Garrett

Willis Dean Garrett, 85, passed away on June 25, 2025. He was born in 1939 in Owensboro, Kentucky. He grew up and went to high school in Bakersfield, California, later moving to Pocatello, Idaho.

Willis was married with three grown children; six grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.

Willis loved the years spent as a Petroleum Consultant in Kern County. He loved fishing, camping and spending time with friends and family.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
